We have been accumulating non-virtuous actions and experiencing their suffering results since beginningless time; but now we have an opportunity to purify them completely. We should make use of this precious opportunity to purify our negative karma, not to create more! The meditation and recitation of Vajrasattva is a very powerful method of purification.
In this retreat, Gen Norbu will introduce Vajrasattva purification practice. This practice is highly recommended especially for anyone who wants to purify the negative karmic obstacles preventing them from gaining spiritual realizations.
