Sunday Morning Meditation -Prayers for Peace: New Eight Steps to Happiness

Our mind has the power to make good things happen in our own personal life and in the world at large. The key is to establish, in our own mind, the causes of the world we want to see, by developing a heart that cherishes everyone.

This course provides training in step-by-step methods to powerful change. We also engage in group prayers during the class to combine and amplify our intention toward world peace and happiness.
