Overcoming Anger Meditation Retreat

Most of us tend to think that our problems are coming at us from outside of our mind - from other people, from situations, or even from our own intrinsic shortcomings. Buddhist teachings, however, show that all our problems actually arise from our habitual ways of responding to things. If we can learn to respond to challenging situations with peaceful states of mind, gradually we will have fewer and fewer problems. This mini meditation retreat will share timeless methods to let go of anger, irritation, and resentment and cultivate positive and peaceful responses to life’s challenges.
