Becoming a Meditator
Meditation classes with teachings by Nancy Fox
Thursdays, 7-8:15pm, June 23 - July 21
Cost: $12/class, members free
This 5-part course will introduce participants to essential practical knowledge to start, maintain, and flourish a meditation practice. Those new to meditation as well as those who want to revitalize or strengthen their practice may benefit. Those who can't join the full course are welcome to attend individual sessions. Everyone welcome!
