General Program Meditation Classes

General Program meditation classes are drop-in by nature. These classes are suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Each class includes guided meditations and teachings focused on a monthly topic and advice for developing your meditation practice. GP classes are designed to help those looking for Buddhist ancient wisdom to help with stress relief, peace and relaxation and exploring the nature of the mind within a supportive community. Everyone is welcome.
